Employees, Attendance, Leave, Payroll and Recruitment all sit in the HR module, on the same database as Finance — so a driver's recorded attendance and approved leave feed the payroll run, and the payroll run lands in the books without being entered a second time.
What AIOSOL does not do
There is no GPS or vehicle tracking, no route optimisation, no shipment or consignment tracking, no freight-rate engine and no fleet-management module in AIOSOL. AIOSOL covers the office side of the business — invoicing and receivables, purchasing and supplier balances, depot stock, multi-branch books and payroll. If you already run a separate tracking system for the vehicles themselves, AIOSOL does not replace it.

The same KPI cards your back-office team would see on day one — Outstanding Invoices from Sales, Pending Purchase Orders from Purchase, and Active Employees from HR. All three count documents and people, not vehicles or consignments.
