Work we have delivered

By business type, without client names — every one a system that is still running today. Putting a client's operations on a competitor's screen is not our call to make.

  • Bakery and food retail chain

    Nine outlets, one owner

    The situation
Each outlet kept its own sales and stock records, and the owner learned what the day had produced when the sheets reached him — usually the next morning, sometimes later. Stock on paper and stock on the shelf drifted apart, and nobody could say at which outlet.
    What was built
A point-of-sale screen for every outlet posting into one shared ledger, with stock, cash-chain and transfer rules checked automatically on every entry, and an owner dashboard behind a login.
    Running now
Nine outlets sell through it daily. The dashboard refreshes on a one-minute and twenty-minute cycle, and a closing summary goes out on schedule each night. A stock count that does not match the ledger raises an alert rather than waiting to be noticed.
  • Industrial equipment importer and distributor

    Multi-brand, technical catalogue

    The situation
Quotations waited on the one or two people who knew both the price list and the manufacturer datasheets. A specification typed from memory is a warranty problem later, and the delay cost enquiries to faster competitors.
    What was built
An agent-assisted quotation workflow that reads the authentic manufacturer datasheets, drafts the offer against the requested specification, and refuses to let through any claim the datasheet does not support. Nothing is sent without a person approving it.
    Running now
Offers are drafted from the datasheet library and versioned, so an earlier quotation can be produced as it was sent. The books behind them close daily, with cash, receivables and per-investor accruals reconciled as a standing routine.
  • Grain-processing plant and machinery supplier

    Nationwide, technical buyers

    The situation
Buyers looking for flour, rice or dal mill machinery searched and found importers and marketplaces. The company was known to the people it had already worked with and invisible to everyone else.
    What was built
A bilingual site where the Bangla and English pages each have their own URL, with the plant types, the machinery and the honest scope of what is supplied written out rather than left to a brochure.
    Running now
Live, statically rendered, with hreflang pairs and structured data on every page. Anyone can open it and check the markup — which is the point of listing it here without a name.
  • Factory automation and FA products supplier

Six brands, hundreds of industrial customers

    The situation
A product range spanning PLCs, drives, servos and sensors, described the same way to every visitor — with no page a buyer searching for one specific product family could land on.
    What was built
A marketing site structured around the product families and the services actually offered, with the supply-and-service boundary stated rather than implied.
    Running now
Live and indexed, each product family reachable on its own URL.
  • Salon and beauty services chain

    Staff-facing mobile app

    The situation
The work happens away from a desk, on the phones staff already carry — and a desktop system is not where a service is recorded while the customer is still in the chair.
    What was built
An Android app with its own build and release pipeline, distributed directly as an APK for internal testing before store release — the route most staff-facing apps here actually take.
    Running now
Shipped, with the release pipeline still in use for updates.

    Services

  • Dealer and distribution network

    Mother company to dealers

    The situation
Credit limits, dealer balances and who was allowed to order what lived in the heads of two experienced people. The arrangement worked, and it could not grow past them.
    What was built
A dealer platform holding the ledger and the credit rules as software rather than as convention, so a new dealer follows the same process on day one.
    Running now
In production, with the dealer ledger and credit limits live.

No figures for money or time saved: we do not hold that data for other people's businesses, and inventing it would undo the point of this page.
