How much does AIOSOL cost?

Two costs, quoted separately: a one-time fee to build and set up what you need, and a recurring fee to keep it running. Both are priced per company — talk to sales for a quote scoped to you.

Every tier is a one-time fee, quoted per company on the modules and number of users you need. Hosting, backups, updates and support are not part of it — they belong to the recurring service below, which is quoted separately. Tell us how your business runs and we will scope both.

Keeping it running

Building a system and running one are two different costs, so we quote them separately instead of folding the second into the first and hoping it does not come up. The tiers above are the one-time fee for building it. This is the recurring service: what keeps a live system alive once it is built. A refund does not return this recurring fee — it pays for work that was done every day while the system ran — and our guarantee sets out in full what a refund does return.

  • Hosting, where you have asked us to run it rather than hosting it yourself.
  • The daily backup, sent to a destination you choose, in a file you can restore without us.
  • The daily closing report, for every system we run that holds your business data.
  • The alerting that goes out when a backup or a report does not.
  • Updates — security patches and version upgrades applied for you, not left for you to chase.
  • Support: someone who already knows how your setup is put together, answering when something is wrong.

Quoted per company, like the tiers above, and scaled to how much of this we actually run for you. If you host it on your own server and apply your own updates, there is less of it to buy.

Is this a cost or an investment?

Fair question — so here is the honest way to judge it. Count what the work costs you now: the hours that go into re-typing the same figures, the invoices that go unchased because chasing is nobody's first job, the month that closes in the fifth week instead of the first. Then compare that with the quote. We would rather you did that arithmetic than take our word for it, which is why every service page shows the before and after rather than a percentage.

  • Money

Receivables collected weeks earlier because the reminders actually go out, and stock that is not bought twice because two registers disagreed.

  • Time

The month closes on what happened rather than on a reconciliation, so decisions are made on this month's numbers.

  • Fewer hands

Work that exists only because data is entered more than once stops existing. The people doing it move to work that needs a person.

  • Room to grow

A second branch or a tenth dealer follows the same process on day one, without the two people who hold it in their heads being present.
