Separate books per project or SPV, contractor payments and buyer instalment invoicing
Several projects running at once with cost against budget unclear per project, contractor and material payments scattered across paperwork, buyer and rent invoices with no single view of who still owes what, and each project or SPV needing its own books alongside a group view — AIOSOL's Projects, Purchase, Sales and Finance modules run on one shared database, so every one of those numbers stays current automatically.
What usually breaks, and which module fixes it
- Projects
Several projects running at once, with cost against budget unclear per project
Tasks, Time Tracking, Budget and Billing all sit in the Projects module, so every project or tower carries its own budget line and its own task list. Because Projects shares one database with Finance, the cost booked against a project is the same figure the accounts show — not a spreadsheet maintained separately alongside them.
- Purchase
Contractor and material payments scattered across paperwork
Purchase Orders, Supplier Ledger and Vendor Management sit in the Purchase module alongside RFQ, so every contractor and material supplier has one running record of what was ordered and what is still owed. It shares a database with Finance, so a contractor balance is never a separate reconciliation exercise — and every purchase order awaiting sign-off is visible in one place instead of a pile of chits.
- Sales
Buyer and tenant invoices raised, but no single view of who still owes what
Invoicing and Customer Ledger sit in the Sales module alongside Quotations and Sales Orders. A flat buyer paying by instalment, or a tenant paying monthly rent, is recorded as a customer — you raise the invoice and the Customer Ledger keeps a running balance of what that party still owes, so outstanding receivables are one list rather than a search through files. To be exact about the limit: AIOSOL invoices the buyer or tenant and tracks the balance. It does not store or manage the lease or tenancy agreement behind that invoice, and it has no rent roll.
- FinanceMulti CompanyMulti Branch
Each project or SPV needs its own books, plus one group view across all of them
AIOSOL supports Multi Company and Multi Branch operations from a single account, so each project company or SPV keeps its own set of books, and each site office runs as its own branch. The Finance module's Accounting and Financial Reports then consolidate every entity's revenue and cost into one group view, instead of a separate report per company that someone has to add up by hand.
Scope, stated plainly
AIOSOL runs the business back office of a real estate developer or property owner — project cost against budget, contractor and vendor payments, buyer and rent invoicing, receivables, and separate books per project or SPV. AIOSOL is not a property management system: there is no listing portal, no lease or tenancy management, and no rent roll.
KPI cards your team would see on day one
The same KPI cards your project accounts team would see on day one — Outstanding Invoices from Sales, Pending Purchase Orders from Purchase, and Total Revenue from Finance. Outstanding Invoices covers buyer instalments and sales invoices; there is no rent roll or tenancy ledger behind it.
Figures shown are illustrative sample data, not a real customer's numbers.

Yes. The Sales module's Invoicing and Customer Ledger raise invoices against a buyer or tenant recorded as a customer and keep a running balance of what each one still owes, alongside Quotations and Sales Orders. AIOSOL invoices those parties; it does not store or manage the lease or tenancy agreement behind the invoice.
Yes. AIOSOL supports Multi Company and Multi Branch operations from a single account, alongside Multi Currency, Multi Tax and Multi Time Zone, so each project company or SPV keeps its own set of books while the Finance module's Accounting and Financial Reports consolidate every entity into one group view. These are reporting views over each company's own books, not a statutory consolidation.
No. AIOSOL has no property listing portal, no lease or tenancy management and no rent roll. It is a Business Operating System for the back office of a real estate developer or property owner — project budgets and tasks in Projects, contractor and vendor payments in Purchase, buyer and rent invoicing and receivables in Sales, and separate books per project or SPV in Finance.
Yes. Because Projects, Purchase, Sales and Finance share one database, AIOSOL's Financial Reports and KPI Dashboard reflect project cost, purchase and receivable activity across every project and company automatically, without manually combining separate reports.
