When nothing off the shelf fits

Software shaped around your business, not the other way round

Some operations do not fit a standard product: a dealer network with its own credit rules, outlets that report to one owner, an investor ledger with per-investor accruals. Rather than bending the business to the software, we build for the process you already run.

What you get

Live
  • Dealer ledger
  • Credit limits
In build
  • Route planning
Next
  • Commission runs

Each slice is in production before the next one starts

Illustrative — not a customer's data

  • The process written down first

Before any code, the rules get documented — who approves what, what the credit limit means, how a return is treated. Most custom projects fail here, not in the building.

  • Delivered in working slices

One usable piece at a time, in production, rather than a year of building followed by a launch nobody trusts. You see it working before you have paid for all of it.

  • Yours to keep

The source code, the database and the deployment are handed over with documentation. You are not locked into us to keep running what you paid for.

What it gives back

How it works today

The process only works because two experienced people hold it in their heads, so it cannot grow past them — and it stops when they are away.

With AIOSOL

The rules live in software instead of in memory. A new branch or a new dealer follows the same process on day one, without those two people being present.

Room to grow

The work behind it

Built and running: a nine-outlet retail operation with a shared ledger and an owner dashboard, a dealer platform, and this ERP itself. Several are documented in public detail — including their failure modes, which is the part most portfolios leave out.

When we say no

If a standard product would do the job, we will say so — including our own, and including someone else's. Custom software costs more to build and much more to keep running, and it is the wrong answer for a problem an existing tool already solves.

Frequently asked questions

The first working slice usually lands in weeks, not months, because it is scoped to one job. The full system takes as long as the process is complicated — which is why we document the process before quoting, not after.

You do. Source, database and deployment are handed over with documentation. If you later want another team to maintain it, they can.

Start with the ERP if it covers the work — it is cheaper, faster and already maintained. Custom is for the parts genuinely specific to your business, and often the right answer is the ERP plus one custom piece, not one or the other.
